Sheffield United summer trialist finally gets permanent move
Summer trialist Rabbi Matondo returns to Scottish football after failing to complete move to Sheffield United
Rabbi Matondo has signed a permanent deal with Hibernian after spending a large part of pre-season at Sheffield United.

The former Welsh international has faced injury struggles throughout his career and found himself without a club.
Despite only signing a permanent deal with Norwegian side SK Brann in March, he was released in the summer.
His spell in Norway was dictated by injuries, with the winger only making three appearances and was consequently let go.
During pre-season, the former Rangers man played in three friendlies before being told that he ultimately wasn’t going to be part of Wilders’ plans.
“Yeah, we're not proceeding with Rabbi,” Wilder said in the summer. ”So we've sort of moved on, and we wish him luck for the future.”
After his search to find a club continued, Matondo signed a one-year deal with Hibs, marking a return to Scottish football after previously spending nearly four years at Rangers.
During his time at Ibrox, he made 70 appearances, netting eight goals along the way.
The 26-year-old becomes new manager Marink Reedijk's first signing since replacing David Gray last month.
Matonda impressed Reedijk during Hibs' training programme in Spain during the international break.
The Hibs boss said, “He made an immediate impression during our time in La Manga and has shown a great attitude, strong application, and a real willingness to learn and adapt.
“Rabbi gives us pace, directness and a real threat in wide areas, while also bringing a positive personality into the dressing room.
“He has settled in quickly, and we are looking forward to working with him and seeing the impact he can make.”
