The Owls were due to take on the Swans on Saturday afternoon, however a frozen pitch meant that the game had to be called off after the match officials decided that it would be too dangerous to play.

It has been confirmed by the club today that fans have two options with regards to the match pass – having it roll over to whenever the game is played, or claiming a refund back from the EFL.

A statement on the club’s official website said, “Regarding the postponed Swansea fixture, supporters who purchased their iFollow pass for the game will have full access to the rescheduled fixture once confirmed, and no further action is required.

“The game will be available to view on your account on the rescheduled date. If you would prefer a refund please email [email protected] with your iFollow account details.”

Meanwhile, for those that have a season ticket iFollow code, they said, “We will still send a code for the rescheduled fixture and the game will be available to select again at a later date. For those that no longer wish for a code to be sent, please send your Season Ticket ID details to [email protected] and we will cancel your request.”

Meanwhile, the Owls are now preparing for Tuesday night’s game against Stoke City as they look to make it back-to-back wins on the road for the first time since 2019.
