Teenage girl left unconscious after being attacked in Sheffield park

Police have launched an appeal after a teenage girl was left unconscious following an attack in a Sheffield park.

The 15-year-old girl was in Richmond Park when she was assaulted near to the children’s play area by four unknown girls at around 7:30pm on Saturday, June 20.

It is reported that the victim was pulled from behind and lost consciousness during the attack.

The victim also alleged that the group pulled her hair and caused a sprain to her wrist.

The attackers are described as being around 17 or 18-years-old.

Two of the girls were wearing light blue denim jeans and the other two were wearing black clothing.

All are believed to have medium to long length hair.
