An initial post examination proved inconclusive and a murder probe was launched, with two men, aged 35 and 38-years-old, arrested over the death alongside two two 19-year-old women.

They were released under investigation after being held on suspicion of murder.

But detectives who investigated the death have now ruled out foul play and handed over the case file to the coroner for South Yorkshire for an inquest to be held at a later date.

Mr Kostucha was well known as a former Big Issue seller in Sheffield.
