5. The Crimean War memorial
The Crimean war memorial was removed from the Botanical Gardens in 2004. It had been moved to the gardens in 1960. Prior to that, the Victorian statue, had been at the top of a Nelson's column-style pillar at the top of the Moor Photo: Dean Atkins
