Third new business set to open in refurbished Sheffield city centre block near popular green space
Signs go up ahead of opening
A third business is set to open in a refurbished block of shops close to Sheffield city centre.
The sign has now been placed over the doors for what will become a Sewa food venue, in a row of shops which has been at the centre of a major refurbishment project on Devonshire Street, close to Devonshire Green.

A graphic on the window appears to show a ‘wrap’ style sandwich, but no other details have been released on the eatery at this stage.
However, Companies House lists Eat Sewa Ltd at the same address as the new sign, and describes the nature of the business as unlicensed restaurants and cafes.
The Sewa shop is one of three shop units to have recently seen a major refurbishment.
It had been empty for several years, having previously been home to the former Rare and Racy second hand record and book shop.
One of the shops in the same refurbished block re-opened earlier this year as the Hairinspire barber shop, which is already up and running.
And signs have also gone up for a Steak’d steak venue.
Steak’d currently runs another takeaway from a shop in Cyclops Street, near Grimesthorpe Road, but has said it is planning to open another venue soon.
