Santa Claus, aged 1,751, is due to arrive at Meadowhall later today (November 10) during a Christmas parade. The mega mall has released CCTV images which appear to show Mr Claus’ elves putting some finishing touches on his brand new Chrismas Chronicles grotto experience. In the images, the elves can be seen wrapping presents and decorating the Christmas tree. Some have even been caught lacking and taking a nap.
Darren Pearce, centre director at Meadowhall: “We know a visit from Santa is extra special, so it’s great to see the elves hard at work preparing for his arrival! We’re looking forward to him bringing lots of Christmas cheer to the centre in the run up to Christmas.”
