Young goalkeeper and defender put pen to paper on Sheffield Wednesday deals
Josh Render and Josh Dawodu are the latest youngsters to commit their immediate futures to Sheffield Wednesday.
The Star reported earlier this week that 20-year-old shot-stopper, Render, had agreed a new deal to extent his stay at Hillsborough, while it also reported earlier this month that right back, Dawodu, would be putting pen to paper on a new deal as well.
Now, not long after Charles Hagan’s new deal was confirmed, the club have announced that the duo have now finalised their contracts and will be sticking around in S6 for at least another season.
The news followed the earlier announcement that Jay Glover, Will Trueman, Basile Zottos, Paulo Aguas and Alex Bonnington had all signed their first professional contracts at the club as they step up into Lee Bullen’s U23s following their progression up from the U18s, completing what has to be seen as a positive day at Hillsborough.
