Darren Moore is pleased with how things have been going lately, saying recently: “I’ve made it clear to the boys, when they work hard like that and go about their business like that, you can hear the the fans from the stands.

Though he's only played a small number of minutes (385), only Sam Hutchinson and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru have a better passing completion than Byers' 81.4%.
