Sheffield Wednesday ticket allocation confirmed for FA Cup clash vs Oldham Athletic
Sheffield Wednesday will lock horns with Oldham Athletic in the first round of the FA Cup next month.
Sheffield Wednesday have been given a ticket allocation of just over 2,300 for next month’s FA Cup first-round clash with Oldham Athletic at Boundary Park.
Following the conclusion of the fourth qualifying round just over a week ago, the draw for the first round of the competition was made, handing Wednesday a short trip over the Pennines.
The clash with the League Two side has been selected for live coverage on TNT Sports, meaning the match will kick off at 5.15pm on Sunday, November 8. It will mark Wednesday’s first competitive meeting with the Latics since beating them 4-2 in the first round of the League Cup in August 2012.
Wednesday, who visited Oldham in pre-season, have been given 2,323 tickets for the clash with Micky Mellon’s side, who have reached the second round of the competition in each of the past two seasons.
It has been confirmed that tickets are priced at £18 for adults, £12 for supporters aged 66 and over and those aged 22 and under, and just £6 for under-18s.
