Sheffield United predicted XI v Bristol City amid right-back crisis, expected changes and wildcard selection

Sheffield United head to Bristol City tomorrow looking to bounce back from the cruel late defeat at Portsmouth on Wednesday night, and Chris Wilder has some important selection decisions to make after a frustrating night on the south coast.

Hamza Choudhury’s controversial red card means he is suspended for the trip to Ashton Gate, while Matt Doherty has been ruled out after requiring an injection in his knee.

Femi Seriki is closing in on a return but was not expected to feature and Jamie Shackleton, another potential option, is also out after suffering another setback, leaving Wilder with a right-back headache.

There could be further changes, too, as United round off a three-game week and after the effort of playing with 10 men for so long against Portsmouth.

So who makes our predicted Sheffield United starting XI for the trip to Bristol City? Take a look through the gallery to see our selection - have we got it just about right or would you do anything differently?
