Sheffield Arena was opened by the Queen in 1991, having been built to host the World Student Games, and it has hosted some huge shows over the years.

Ecstatic music lovers can be seen in the front row for Take That, Westlife and the Pop Idol tour, or queueing to see their favourite acts, ranging from U2 and Hear'Say to Tom Jones and Daniel O'Donnell.
