However this year will see the lights shine for the final time on Friday, July 14 as the annual show comes to an end, with organiser James Clarke promising a “spectacular” finale.
Each year the show had brought together an audience of 300 people and celebrity guests as aspiring models donning some of the biggest brands take to the runway, including The Couture Club, In The Style, and Odd Balls, while also supporting independents such as Sheffield-based Reece Ford Suit Hire, and House Of Rose Bespoke.
James, of Worksop, is an event planner by profession, and has already held a number of high-profile events, including Worksop’s Got Talent, and has raised more than £125,000 for charity. James said: “After five incredible years, it’s time to say goodbye to Runway Idol and what a show we’ve got lined up.
