A man has been arrested on suspicion of gun-related offences after a police raid on a Sheffield estate.

Police officers were first reported to have been seen on Danewood Avenue, near the Manor estate, last night – but they were later reported as still being on the street into today, after officers went into a property with a search warrant.

Eyewitnesses had described crime scene investigation officers as attending the scene, as well as armed police officers.
