An Uber taxi ploughed into a Sheffield museum after a crash on a city roundabout.

The taxi crashed into the front of the National Emergency Services Museum close to West Bar roundabout at around 11pm yesterday.

South Yorkshire Police said two vehicles were involved in the collision but no injuries were reported.

Damage was caused to the doors of the museum, which was secured at around midnight after the cars were recovered from the crash scene.
