A teenager is due in court today over an attempted robbery at Meadowhall.
The 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with attempted robbery, handling stolen goods and possession of Class B drugs.
He was arrested after an incident on a Meadowhall car park last Saturday in which attempts were made to steal jewellery from a member of the public.
