South Yorkshire Police appeal for help after disappearance of 13-year-old boy

A police search is under way for a 13-year-old South Yorkshire boy reported missing three days ago

Layton Bouskill was last seen near Winfield Road, Wath-Upon-Dearne, at around 1.30pm on Tuesday, June 8.

South Yorkshire Police said officers ‘have been carrying out extensive enquiries to find him’ since he was reported missing but to no avail.

An appeal for help from the public has now been made in the hope that somebody may have seen the youngster over the last few days to help police track him down.

Layton’s photograph has been circulated by the police force.

The teenager is white, around 5ft 2ins tall and has brown, spiky hair with a short back and sides.

He is believed to be wearing a grey jumper, tracksuit bottoms and royal blue Nike trainers.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote incident number 632 of June 8.
