The 24-year-old is set to appear at Leeds Magistrates’ Court at 10am today.
He is accused of being over the limit when he was stopped by police officers in Leeds on October 18 after he had been on a night out.
McBurnie pleased not guilty at an earlier hearing.
The £20 million signing was breathalysed and allegedly recorded a reading of 53 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
