Police put new cordon in place after fresh discovery of 'bullet casings' following Sheffield shootings

Police investigating a number of shootings on a Sheffield estate are believed to have found some ‘bullet casings’ this morning.

Errington Way in Arbourthorne has been cordoned off following the new discovery which happened within the last hour.

Yesterday evening police responded to reports of a number of shooting incidents across the estate.

At least one property was damaged by gunfire and a man is being treated in hospital after being shot in the leg.

There is still a major police presence on the estate this morning as police continue their investigations.
