Detectives believe he holds vital information about an incident in which a 14-year-old girl was assaulted as she walked her dog along a path which runs parallel to Strafford Walk, Dodworth, Barnsley, at around 5pm on Monday, May 18.
The attacker was white, in his 20s, around 5ft 10ins tall, slim and had long, straight, blond hair, with a quiff at the front.
