A major road in Sheffield has been sealed off by police following unconfirmed reports of another shooting.

Parts of Abbeydale Road have been cordoned off by police this morning, Friday, July 24, with residents in the area saying they were woken at around 1am by a shooting.
If confirmed, this would be the third shooting in the area in the space of two days, following reports of shots being fired during the early hours of Thursday, July 23, on Machon Bank and Glen Road in nearby Nether Edge.
