CCTV image released after homophobic incident at Sheffield train station

Officers investigating an incident of homophobic abuse at Sheffield station are today releasing this image in connection.

On 2 May at 6.20pm at Sheffield Tap Pub, the victim, a member of staff, refused to serve a group of four men who were drunk.

One of the men became homophobically abusive to the member of staff, before pushing over a table.

He continued to shout homophobic slurs at her as he left the pub.

Investigation as passenger ‘subjected to homophobic abuse’ by Sheffield bus driver

Officers believe the man in the CCTV may have information which could help their investigation.
