Officers swooped at an address on Manor Park Way, Manor Park, earlier today and arrested a 26-year-old man.

He is being held on suspicion of conspiracy to possess a firearm and ammunition following the shooting of a young boy on the Arbourthorne estate in Sheffield in January.

The suspect remains in police custody.

Two men – Devon Gregory, 23, of Heeley Green, Heeley and Stephen Dunford, 25, of Fellbrigg Road, Arbourthorne – have previousy been charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.

They are remanded in custody as the police probe into the incident continues.
