Lady and Winston are best friends who should be adopted as a pair.
The two Shih Tzus were found as strays, and the shelter says they have not had a single application of interest.
One new face this week is “busy bee” Bramble, the one-year-old Spaniel.
She is cute as a button and perfect for an active home as she is very high-energy.
Those are just a few characters of many who are hoping to find a home.
See the gallery below to see photos of them all, along with a short description from Thornberry Animal Sanctuary.
If you think you could give any of them a home, contact the shelter by clicking here.

9. Trixie
"Meet Trixie! Trixie is a sensitive soul who will thrive best in an understanding home with someone that is around for most of the day. Trixie enjoys spending time with other dogs so could live with a well mannered adult dog dependent on a successful dog introduction here at Thornberry. Where children are present they would need to be 12+." She is a two-year-old Jack Russel x Yorkshire terrier cross. | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

10. Delilah and Samson
This beautiful pair of English Bulldogs are looking for a foster home big enough for the both of them! Delilah is the most reserved of the pair but loves nothing more than a cuddle. She relies on Samson due to her decline in eye sight of which she is on going meds for. Samson is the most confident, and is an excitable boy who loves toys. Due to ongoing medical treatment, potential adopters must live within close proximity to Thornberry to attend veterinary appointments. The duo are around four and a half years old. | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

11. Bear
Bear the six-year-old Poodle cross arrived to Thornberry needing a welfare groom and some TLC. He is now a confident little character who is eager to say hello to everyone. Bear is good with other dogs so could live with another well mannered adult dog dependent on a successful meet here at Thornberry however this is not essential providing he has doggy friends to walk with. Bear does need an adult only home and owners who are able to provide him with his own space in the house. | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

12. Woody
Woody is a two-year-old ex-racing Greyhound who has just arrived to Thornberry and is still under assessment at the moment. Woody is a gentle boy looking for a home prepared to pamper him as he deserves. Woody could live with other sight hounds dependent on a successful dog meet here at Thornberry. Where children are present he will be best suitable to older children who are able to understand when Woody requires his own space. | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary
