Lady and Winston are best friends who should be adopted as a pair.
The two Shih Tzus were found as strays, and the shelter says they have not had a single application of interest.
One new face this week is “busy bee” Bramble, the one-year-old Spaniel.
She is cute as a button and perfect for an active home as she is very high-energy.
Those are just a few characters of many who are hoping to find a home.
See the gallery below to see photos of them all, along with a short description from Thornberry Animal Sanctuary.
If you think you could give any of them a home, contact the shelter by clicking here.

5. Winston and Lady
Shish Tzus Winston & Lady are a senior pair looking for a home together. "At roughly 8 years old they are looking for a quieter home with older children. We unfortunately don’t have any background information on either of them due to them being unclaimed strays. Our lovely pair walk nicely on a lead and will require a secure garden to help with their house training." | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

6. Buddy
"Meet cheeky chap Buddy! He is a cheerful and affectionate boy who is seeking an animal free home to thrive in. He’s good with older teens and enjoys going out on a long walk. He is seeking a loving, quiet family where he can be the only dog to thrive in all he attention he’ll receive." Buddy is a four year old Jack Russell cross. | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

7. Myla
One-year-old Myla is a very bright German Shepherd who would benefit from a home who are prepared to socialise, train, exercise and stimulate her wonderful intelligent mind. She could live with children aged 10+ and potentially another dog subject to meet and greet dates here. She can be quite boisterous, as a typical pup, but will make a great addition to a family home. New owners should be familiar with the breed, their health and grooming requirements. | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

8. Brian
"Meet Brian! Our boy is an ex-racing Greyhound who needs an understanding home to ensure Brian has the best transition from kennel to home life. Brian is best suited to a home either as the only dog or with other sighthounds dependent on a successful dog introduction here at Thornberry." Brian is four years old. | Thornberry Animal Sanctuary
