Popular chain with 'famously filthy burgers' announces Sheffield city centre opening date - with special offer
The opening date is edging ever closer...
An award winning burger brand that serves up “famously filthy burgers” has announced when it will be opening its doors in Sheffield city centre.

Almost a year after plans initially emerged, popular burger brand Fat Hippo has announced when its new Division Street location will begin trading.
The doors will fling open on Friday, November 6, with with an exclusive pre-opening party and the chance to win a golden ticket also announced.

They promise to bring “signature stacked burgers, indulgent sides and unapologetically messy dining experience” to the heart of the city.
Fat Hippo announced that it was planning to open up in what had previously been the Creams dessert salon on Division Street back in August 2025.
Before officially opening to the public, Fat Hippo will be throwing an exclusive private pre-opening event, giving a lucky few the chance to get their hands on Sheffield's newest burgers before anyone else.
Fat Hippo is also giving away golden tickets for a meal for two at the exclusive pre-opening night.
Whether you're a burger obsessive, a sauce enthusiast or simply someone who appreciates a seriously good feed, this is your chance to get stuck in before the doors officially open.
Keep your eyes peeled on Fat Hippo's social media channels for details on how to enter the golden ticket giveaway
