Ecclesall Road bar launches new summer food and cocktail menus
An Ecclesall Road bar, which describes itself as a “Victorian hideaway,” is set to launch a new summer cocktail menu that has been devised by expert mixologists.
Lost & Found on Ecclesall Road is preparing to launch the new range of tipples called ‘The Professor’s Ingenious Cocktails’.
A spokesperson for the bar explained: “Serves include the gin-ful Tangled Teapot, an iced elderflower gin and peach tea served in a cup and saucer, and The Bubble Popper, a mix of berry, No.3 Gin and Martini Fiero, crowned with a single smoked filled bubble.
“Want to share? Meet with your bubble for The Grand Frappetière, a punchy recipe of Grey Goose Vodka with Baileys Irish Cream, shaken with salted caramel and freshly brewed espresso. Or be transported to the overgrown hedgerows of country gardens with Wishful Wisteria, a refreshing blend of Bombay Bramble Gin and St-Germain, served in an Instagrammable vintage wisteria tangled carrier.”

For those who cannot decide what to try first, guests can enjoy two ‘Found’ tipples for £10 from 3-8pm Monday-Friday. There is also a wide range of gins and spritzes, as well as a dedicated low and no-alcohol list including a Bakehouse Mocha and Garden Fruit Punch.
Lost & Found is also set to launch a new seasonal menu of dishes with everything from crisp sourdough pizzas with toppings including the beef ragu and Ibérico chorizo topped Festa Della Carne, to high-quality steaks straight from theie Josper charcoal oven.
They also have a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes with the likes of Melanzane al forno, chargrilled aubergine layered with fresh pasta, and Chipotle & Quinoa Chill.
Customers can also take Lost & Found up on Brunch and Bubbles every Saturday, offering a menu of signature breakfast dishes, alongside limitless prosecco, and Bloody Marys, or if dining with friends, an Aperol Spritz tree for the table.
