9. Artic Monkeys

10. Nick Park
The man behind Wallace and Gromit, and Shaun the Sheep came to Sheffield to study Communication Arts at Sheffield City Polytechnic (now Sheffield Hallam University) and then went to the National Film and Television School, where he started making the first Wallace and Gromit film, A Grand Day Out. 12. Sir John Fowler
Sir John Fowler born in 1817 in Sheffield he was an English civil engineer specialising in the construction of railways and railway infrastructure. In the 1850s and 1860s, he was engineer for the world's first underground railway, London's Metropolitan Railway, and in the 1880s, he was chief engineer for the Forth Bridge, in Scotland.
