Waterstones now hiring staff for its newest Sheffield store in St James Retail Park
The opening is imminent
A major national retailer is set to open a book shop in one of Sheffield's popular retail parks.
Waterstones, one of the country’s biggest retailers, is now hiring for staff at it’s newest Sheffield branch.

The Star previously reported on plans for the much-loved book store to open at St James Retail Park, back in July.
Now, it seems opening is imminent, as the company look to fill roles at their newest store.
In a social media post, a spokesperson said: “We have full and part time vacancies available in our new cafe at St James Retail Park, Sheffield.
“For information on how to apply, please speak to a bookseller at our Orchard Square branch.”
The new store will sit next to Aldi, replacing what was once a Shoezone store.
It will be the third branch of Waterstones in the city. There is already a store at Orchard Square, in the city centre, as well as one at the Meadowhall shopping centre.
On its website, the company says of itself: “Dedicated to bringing books back into the cultural conversation, Waterstone’s fusion of literary range, author events, iconic bookshops and gifted booksellers transformed the idea of what a bookshop could be.”
