The EFL transfer window is closed for another four months following Friday’s 11pm deadline

The transfer window is closed with clubs unable to spend any more money on transfers until the January window opens at the start of next year.

Sheffield Wednesday’s business may not yet be complete with Owls boss Xisco Munoz not ruling out the possibility of adding some free agents to his squad following the transfer deadline.

Wednesday have signed Juan Delgado - Pacos de Ferreira, Reece James, Pol Valentin, Di’Shon Bernard, Ashley Fletcher, Anthony Musaba, Bambo Diaby, Davis Vasquez, Momo Diaby, Djeidi Gassama, Jeff Hendrick and John Buckley either on loan or permanently over the summer as they look to turn their form around after the international break following a 0-0 draw at Leeds United to end their pointless start to the campaign.
