Police have closed a South Yorkshire street this evening, with buses told to divert.
First South Yorkshire, the bus operator, has announved that its X10 service will be having to divert ‘until further notice’ as a result of the incident affecting Badsley Moor Lane, near Herringthorpe, Rotherham.
First said in a statement issued at 5.20pm this evening: “Police have closed Badsley Moor Lane. Services diverted via Doncaster Road and Middle Lane in both directions.”
South Yorkshire Police have been approached for more information about this evening’s incident.
