Lane7, located just off The Moor in Sheffield city centre, has revealed it will reopen from tomorrow, Friday, July 10, at 5pm.

However, bowling alleys are one of the few businesses which must remain closed for now under government restrictions meaning the lanes there will be off-limits for now.

Lane7 in Sheffield city centre features much more than just bowling, which will be off-limits for now

Luckily, there’s plenty more to enjoy at the venue, which only opened in December last year.

Announcing its reopening, the venue said: “Boris has said no to bowling but we still have pool, ping pong, beer pong, darts and the arcades!”

Bowling alleys feature on the Government’s list of businesses which must remain closed for now, alongside nightclubs, casinos, indoor skating rinks, indoor play areas, nail bars, tattoo parlours, indoor gyms and some other venues.
