The Leadmill launches prize draw to win dancefloor guitar signed by Bring Me The Horizon
The Leadmill has launched a prize draw to win a specially signed guitar
The Leadmill has launched a new prize draw to win a guitar made from their original dancefloor, signed by a popular rock band from Sheffield.
The one of a kind guitar is signed by Bring Me The Horizon, a band originating from the Steel City and has sold out arenas all over the world.
The guitar can be won as part of a crowdfunder prize draw, where entries will support The Leadmill as it continues to search for a new home.

It also comes with a signed piece of the venue’s original stage which the band actually performed on back in 2012, bringing together two distinctive pieces of the much-loved venue’s history into one special prize.
Their fundraising page states how The Leadmill “has been at the heart” of Sheffield’s music scene for over four decades. It reads: “We’re seeking a new venue, and entries will support The Leadmill while we do.

“We’re not done - not even close. The support we’ve received shows how much this place means to the thousands of people who have been part of its story.”
This follows the success of their first dancefloor guitar prize draw, which raised over £10,000 through the support of hundreds of contributors.

Arctic Monkeys, Pulp, Richard Hawley, Def Leppard, The Human League, Milburn, Reverend and the Makers and Bring Me The Horizon were all part of the incredible line up of artists who signed the first guitar.
Lara Disco was the lucky winner who was presented with her guitar at an intimate acoustic show by Joe Carnall Jnr of Milburn at Yellow Arch Studios earlier this year.
For more than four decades, The Leadmill was at the heart of Sheffield’s culture scene, hosting generations of music fans and championing emerging talent alongside renowned artists at its venue on Leadmill Street.

Following its eviction back in June, 2025, The Leadmill team is working towards a new home and to protect its future. The crowdfunder currently stands at just over £1,300 with a target of £10,000.
Entries are available through their campaigning page, and is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, with a free postal entry route also available.
