5. Homelessness stories in pictures

6. Twice the action on the waterfront
The free Waterfront Festival returns to Sheffield this Saturday but with a difference. As well as activities at Victoria Quays from 10-4pm, there will be a second event at Attercliffe from 11-3pm. Visitors can enjoy live music and street performances, boat trips, canoe and paddleboarding taster sessions, stalls and street food. 7. Castlegate celebrations
Castlegate Festival, which celebrates the past, present and future of the oldest part of Sheffield, comes to a close this weekend. Events include a Celebration of Grey to Green on Saturday from 10-4pm, with community stalls, music and Caribbean food, and a Pollen Market on Sunday from 10-4pm featuring all things botanical with stalls and activities. 8. Long and short of walking festival
Sheffield Walking Festival also draws to a close this weekend and events on offer range from a three-mile exploration of Wharncliffe Heath to The Whopper - a 24-mile hike that begins and ends at Wyming Brook.
