Baz became involved in the Steelkings right from the club's inception, and has been a pivotal player for the club over their twelve years of playing.

Having been the Steelkings' captain for many years Baz lead the Steelkings to numerous achievements, with two British league titles, four British playoff titles, and two Northwest European titles to his name.

In 2026 Baz took a step back and joined the Steelkings' development squad, the Stings, where he passed his years of experience and knowledge to the club's newest players.

Finally, after twelve years on the ice Baz has decided to hang up his sledge, with one last game to see him out in style.
