Sheffield Wednesday edged out a 1-0 win at home to Shrewsbury Town yesterday. Defender Mark McGuinness, who joined over the summer, scored the only goal of the game in the first-half as Darren Moore’s side picked up another three points in their quest for promotion to the Championship.
