Hide AdPulis is understood to be keen to discuss transfer plans among a great many other things he feels can improve Wednesday’s chances of survival.
On why the meeting hadn’t yet taken place, he said: “It’s more my fault that anybody else’s because I get so engrossed in what I’m doing.
“There’s nothing going to change until the window opens. We can talk all we want to talk, we can send emails back and forth as much as we want, but nothing can change at the moment.”
The Welshman has made no secret of his desire to bring a raft of new faces into the club in the forthcoming January transfer window and reiterated that desire ahead of the Owls’ Boxing Day trip to playoff-chasing Blackburn.

“But they need some help, without any question. There needs to be an influx of players coming in at January time. But they need to be the right players and they have to bring quality to this club and the take the team a step up.
“Hopefully, fingers crossed, that will happen.
“I’ve been in the game in a long time and I’ve been promised loads and loads by lots of people and ended up getting nothing, and then I’ve been told I’m getting nothing and ended up getting more than I ever thought I would get.
“It ebbs and flows and you’ve got to move with it, ride with it.”
