Sheffield Wednesday suffered a second successive 3-0 defeat on Sunday afternoon, being put to the sword by QPR at Loftus Road.
Two goals from substitute Rayan Kolli, who fired in both efforts in the second half, and one from Rumarn Burrell sealed a convincing win for the Hoops, meaning Wednesday’s winless run now stands at 19 games.
Wednesday, who are hoping to bring in some fresh faces this month, were second best for much of the first half, failing to test former Owl Ben Hamer in the QPR goal, but they were much-improved after the break, showing a desire and willingness to take the game to their hosts.
However, gaping holes in their defence were exploited by Kolli, who fired in two fantastic efforts to put the contest to bed.
Here is how we rated the players at Loftus Road:

1. Pierce Charles - 6
Got down low to make a good save early on, denying Richard Kone, before Rumarn Burrell wasted the rebound from about eight yards out. Made another good save in the second half, diving to his right to claw away Kone's looping header from a corner. Had no chance with the goals amid the power of the shots. | UGC

2. Dominic Iorfa - 5
Was in a battle from the off, dealing with QPR's dangerous frontmen. His afternoon ended after 56 minutes, almost certainly because of fatigue. | UGC

3. Gabriel Otegbayo - 4
An indifferent performance, featuring some good bits and some not so good bits. Was sloppy with the ball at times, though. Was given a testing time by Kone and Burrell prior to the latter's withdrawal in the first half. | UGC

4. Cole McGhee - 5
Came back into the starting XI, replacing the injured Liam Cooper, and did a reasonably solid job on just his second Championship start. Got caught in possession once, prompting a ticking off from Harry Amass, but he was otherwise steady. | UGC
