With a sold-out S6 expected on May 18, the home leg comes first of course and Darren Moore has a number of difficult selection decisions to make as they look to match-up and better the Posh.
Josh Windass looks set to play a part, Lee Gregory is expected back and there are calls to be made on Reece James, Michael Ihiekwe and Aden Flint. Where will Liam Palmer slot in? How attacking will the midfield line-up be?
Just a few of many questions - it’s a good position for the Owls to be in after weeks of injury scrambling.
What team will Wednesday plump for at London Road? We’ve had a stab.

9. CAM - Josh Windass
Attacking midfield / in the hole / number 10 - however you want to describe it, Windass has played some of his best football in there. It would take some cojones to line up away from home in this way but why not? A front three would match-up Posh’s numbers and provides a real threat. Photo: Steve Ellis Steve Ellis

10. CF - Lee Gregory
The Phantom of the Opera is here - and he’s given Lee Gregory his mask. What condition the forward shapes up in remains to be seen but he seems to have shown a willingness to get out there despite a nasty facial injury sustained last week. We’ll see. Photo: Steve Ellis Steve Ellis
11. CF - Michael Smith
Bang in form and one of the finest focal points you’re likely to see at this level, it’s a case of how the attack shapes up around Smith these days rather than whether he starts. Will be hoping to make headway past the 20 goals he currently sits on - another five in three? Why not? | Steve Ellis
