Warnock’s Boro, as well as Reading, Stoke City and Watford, have all been linked with Harris ahead of next season, but the winger’s former Cardiff City manager wouldn’t be drawn into making any concrete statements at this stage.

As quoted by Teesside Live, “I’m looking at bringing a few players into the club this summer… But you know better than to ask me about individuals. I would imagine there will be a few more names than Kadeem over the next few weeks and months. I’m sure there will be plenty more names mentioned.”

Harris is expected to feature for Wednesday against Norwich City this weekend, and he’ll be hoping to end the season on a high under Darren Moore – regardless of where he might be playing his football in 2020/21.
