‘Hutch’ has played every game for the Owls since his return back in January, putting in some solid performances on a personal level as he managed to hold onto his place in the starting XI following Moore’s arrival at Hillsborough.
The 31-year-old, who has racked up over 160 appearances for the club, has been really pleased with that he’s seen from the new boss so far, calling him ‘the most professional’ manager he’s had.

Hide AdSpeaking to The Star, Hutchinson said, “He’s come in with an eye for detail, and I think he’s been a breath of fresh air - I really do. I know we’ve lost the two games he’s been in charge, but he really wants to do things properly and he has a philosophy with his team. The detail he goes into, I can’t fault.
“For me, what I’ve seen in the first couple of weeks, he’s probably be the most professional I’ve had… I’ll always say Carlos (Carvalhal) has been my best manager throughout, because he played me the most and I played the best football under him, but (with Moore) they really have a manager for the future.
“Regardless of if I’m here, or if he plays me, I think he could do really well if he gets the backing and gets who he wants and what he wants at this club. He’s a very good manager.”
Moore will be hoping to get his first Wednesday win on Sunday when they host Norwich City.
