Glover and his U21 teammate, Paulo Aguas, spent the last month on loan away at Belper Town as they picked up some much-needed senior minutes, and The Star reported earlier today that his performances had seen him attract interest from elsewhere.
Now it has been confirmed that the 19-year-old will spend the next three months with Gainsborough Trinity in the Northern Premier League, where he’ll link up with a whole host of former Owls in their attempt to secure promotion out of the division.

Alongside Waldock are three more ex-Owls, Isaac Rice, Joe West and Fraser Preston, so Glover won’t be short of familiar faces when he arrives at his new club and aims for a debut against Stafford Rangers on Saturday.
As previously reported by The Star, Wednesday have also confirmed Aguas’ return, saying, “Paulo Aguas and Jay Glover have reached the end of their one-month loan spells with Northern Premier League side Belper Town.
“Both Aguas and Glover made four appearances and scored one apiece during their temporary stint with the Nailers.
