It’s that time again, isn’t it… Matchday. Another chance for Wednesday to pick up some more points.

The Owls are going up against Huddersfield at The John Smith's Stadium as they seek a return to winning ways, and they’ll certainly be buoyed by the fact that they haven’t even conceded a goal since January 2011, and also haven’t lost a league game against them at all since back in 2013.

Our man Alex Miller will be at the stadium bringing you all the news from HD1, while Joe Crann will be right here on the blog to make sure you’re up to date with everything that happens in Tony Pulis’ latest attempt to win his 100th Championship game.

Shock! – Sheffield Wednesday attacker confirms contract termination 'with the death of Maradona'

Young attacker Manuel Hidalgo has revealed he has left Sheffield Wednesday to return home to Argentina.

He’s got a smack on his face… As long as it’s not a fracture or anything like that, he should be ok.

When we had a look at the goals v Norwich, he looked tired. I wanted to see Dominic because people have been raving about him. If you compare this to Saturday, it’s chalk and cheese. I don’t think anybody put in a performance like they did at the weekend.

We’ve played better than what our points tally shows, but today wasn’t good enough. They really looked tired tonight.

I don’t think we’ve got many real leaders… So you have to use that opportunity as a manager to try and get them going.

I thought he looked very leggy… We couldn’t get anything going. It was more even in the second half, without really doing anything.

It’s difficult… After that game tonight, I’ll probably say something I shouldn’t say. It’s not easy, we’ll take stock.

We need the transfer window… If you look at the depth, there aren’t the players there that we need to improve the first XI and the group.

Pulis on Luongo and Borner

Julian took a knock to the face… Massimo, I thought he looked a little bit short… We were chasing.

That’s the worst that we’ve performed in the six games… We’ve really got to try and knuckle something down and keep to it for four or five games.

It was a penalty, we got away with one there…
