Sheffield United punctured Watford’s superb home form this season with a very impressive victory at Watford this afternoon. Goals from Gus Hamer and Andre Brooks sealed victory for United either way of Jeremy Ngakia’s equaliser for the hosts.
Here’s how we rated the Blades’ players on another afternoon to remember this season...
9. Callum O'Hare 8
Back in the middle with Brooks returning to the side and almost marked it with a goal as he forced Bachmann into a smart save in the second half. Picked up an assist after feeding Hamer for his finish and never stopped running Photo: Nick Potts
10. Gus Hamer 8
A joke of a player. Scored his sixth of the season with a lovely curling finish that Bachmann got a hand to but couldn't keep out. A constant attacking threat but left the game prematurely after going down with an injury issue which hopefully won't prove too serious among the Blades' remarkable fitness concerns | Sportimage
11. Ryan One 6
Given another opportunity with Moore out and almost took it inside the first 25 seconds as Brooks' good cross picked him out but the striker couldn't get enough of a connection on it and it went wide. Up against an experienced campaigner in Ogbonna who is twice his age but he occupied Watford's centre-halves well at times before making way for Brewster Photo: Ian Hodgson
