Championship star joins Sheffield United on trial basis, Arsenal decide on manager, and more
Sheffield United have nabbed a young prospect on a trial basis, and more in today’s Premier League rumours.
Sheffield United have brought on Leeds United prospect Connor Leak-Blunt on a trial basis.
Leak-Blunt has failed to make a first-team appearance for the Championship side, and has made two appearances for the Blades’ under-23’s side since his trial began.
Only a teenager, Leak-Blunt signed a new three year contract for Leeds in the summer, but now appears to be available for transfer from the West Yorkshire club.
Speaking when he signed his latest contract, Leak-Blunt said: “It’s good to progress as a young player coming through the ranks, so I hope I can get off to a good start as a pro.
“If you work hard, your dreams come true and I’m really excited to see what the future holds.”
