Raylo Business lets freelancers and small business owners rent Dyson fan heaters from just £6.24 a month — perfect for winter warmth without the big spend

Heating your home when the cold weather starts to bite can be a challenge for many people, especially if you have a draughty house, or a part of the home with no radiator, like a garage or a workshop.

Fan heaters are an incredibly effective tool for adding some supplementary heating, and the company that has mastered the fan heater design better than pretty much anyone else is Dyson.

Its bladeless fans are as much of a design statement as a functional tool, but their patented Air Multiplier technology bathes your house in a gentle heat without blowing choppy air around the room.

They have trick sleep timers, remote controls, a smooth oscillation system, and plenty of safety features built in - so it's no wonder they cost as much as £400 new.

But we've found a way to effectively "rent" one for a pittance, with a company that offers subscription deals on all the latest tech.

Raylo Business caters for business customers, but their deals are open to sole traders, freelancers, or directors of limited companies.

So if you've got a side hustle and you need a decent heater, but your budget won't stretch to a brand new Dyson, their tech subscription could be for you.

The prices offered on the Raylo website are for either the Dyson AM09 fan, or the HP00 purifier fan, both of which provide hot air through the clever bladeless opening.

The AM09, for example, can be on its way to you for as little as £6.24 per month, if you sign up to keep it for 36 months. You pay a little more for shorter subscription terms, or you can just pay a little bit more again and have it on a rolling monthly term.

This means, you could just have one for the cold winter months, and give it back to Raylo Business in the spring.

That said, because these fans are designed to cool spaces as well as heat them, it might be worth having it in the house in time for summer, so it's ready to relieve you on hot days too.

The Dyson fans are refurbished, but in full working order, but delivery is free, and you can choose to take a free upgrade at the end of your term.
