One winner will choose between a furnished four-bedroom home with a tennis court, spa and BMW M4, or an enormous £1.5 million cash alternative.
A new competition is offering one person the chance to win a spectacular £2 million dream-home bundle, complete with a BMW M4 and almost an acre of private grounds.
However, the winner will face one rather enviable dilemma. They can take the house, car and everything included with them, or walk away with a £1.5 million cash alternative instead.
Elite Competitions lists the usual entry price as 19p, although its current launch offer reduces this to 15p per ticket when buying one of the available bundles. That means entrants can currently buy 25 tickets for £3.75, 52 for £7.80 or 184 for £27.60.
The centrepiece of the £2 million Dream Home Bundle is Holly Bank, a contemporary property on the Fylde Coast that was completed in 2021.
It offers almost 4,000 sq ft of living space, with four bedrooms and an en suite attached to every one. The principal suite also has a five-piece bathroom and its own walk-in wardrobe.
There is an open-plan designer kitchen, dining and living area at the heart of the house, with a stealth island, NEFF steam ovens, induction cooking, Bosch dishwashers and a full-size wine fridge.
Even the tap is showing off. The kitchen has a five-in-one Quooker capable of dispensing sparkling water, while the entrance hall contains a floating staircase and an enormous video wall.
However, some of Holly Bank’s most extravagant features are waiting outside.
The winner will have access to a private tennis court with its own Champagne and cocktail lounge, alongside a six-burner outdoor kitchen, double fire pit and several landscaped entertaining areas.
There is also a swim spa and Jacuzzi, an outdoor steam and wet room and a private gym. A studio-quality sound system covers both the house and garden, while Control4 automation brings its smart-home technology together.
Large glazed areas overlook the grounds and surrounding countryside, with underfloor heating and clean-air filtration installed throughout the property.
The house will be handed over fully furnished, and Elite Competitions says all associated fees and Stamp Duty will be covered. This could remove some of the considerable additional expense normally involved in acquiring a home of this value.
The property is not the only sizeable prize parked in the bundle. Waiting alongside it is a 2022 BMW M4 finished in Daytona Beach Blue.
Anyone who wins but does not fancy relocating to the Fylde Coast can reject the entire package and choose the £1.5 million cash alternative. It is a smaller amount than the stated bundle value, but comes without the practical business of owning and maintaining a substantial house, sports car, tennis court and cocktail lounge.
The guaranteed live draw is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30 at 9pm, when one winner will be selected. Elite says the complete prize will be awarded regardless of how many tickets have been sold.
There are 29,999,999 potential entries in total, with each player allowed to hold up to 7,895 tickets. Naturally, buying a ticket does not guarantee a prize, and the likelihood of winning will depend on the number of valid entries in the draw.
A free postal-entry route is also available, although entrants must follow the instructions carefully and pay the applicable postage. The competition is restricted to eligible entrants aged 18 or over.
You can see the house, explore everything included and enter the draw here. Paid entries should always be treated as entertainment, so set a limit and never spend more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
