These Christmas family holidays with Santa and skating start at £129

A Christmas getaway with Santa visits, skating, and festive entertainment might sound like an expensive treat for the family. But some of the breaks we’ve spotted cost less than you might expect.

Parkdean Resorts has a selection of Christmas-themed holidays at six of its parks, with prices starting from £129 for a four-night break in December.

There are also options for anyone who fancies spending Christmas Day away from home, with festive holidays starting from £398.

The deals are part of Parkdean’s "Winter Wonderland programme", which runs from late November through December and into the New Year.

Activities vary by park and some cost extra, so it’s worth checking what’s available before you book.

Among the lowest prices listed are four-night breaks arriving on Monday, December 14, from £129. Three-night weekend breaks are also available, with one starting from £146 on Friday, December 4.

Prices depend on the park, dates, and accommodation type. You can browse the Christmas break dates and prices here.

The Winter Wonderland parks are Camber Sands in East Sussex, Cayton Bay in North Yorkshire, Trecco Bay in South Wales, Ty Mawr in North Wales, Warmwell in Dorset, and Vauxhall in Norfolk.

Each has its own programme, with a selection of activities ranging from Santa visits and Christmas crafts to skating and pantomime.

Some parks also have PAW Patrol meet-and-greets, with the characters dressed for Christmas.

For younger children, there are new tots’ activities for 2026, including an elf academy, festive songs and a chance to help the elves search for Santa.

There are also a handful of breaks covering Christmas Day itself, for surprisingly affordable prices. For example, we've found a four-night stay arriving on December 23 from £398, alongside other Christmas dates and prices.
