Krispy Kreme unveils new limited edition Traitors doughnuts
Krispy Kreme has unveiled a brand-new doughnut inspired by hit BBC show The Traitors.
The doughnut giant has teamed up with the smash-hit TV series to launch a limited-edition treat inspired by the show's famous battle between Traitors and Faithfuls.

Designed to bring some castle intrigue to coffee breaks across the country, the new doughnut features one of two surprise fillings hidden inside, mirroring the mystery and deception at the heart of the programme.
One centre is based on the show's scheming Traitors and contains a striking green filling, while the other celebrates the faithful contestants with a bright orange centre – but both feature a chocolate coated shield on the top.
The special edition doughnut, priced at £2.99, lands on shelves from September 28 and will be available for a limited time only in Krispy Kreme stores and selected supermarkets nationwide.
But the sweet treats aren't the only prize on offer, with customers who purchase a four-pack of The Traitors doughnuts given the chance to win an exclusive Traitors merchandise bundle if they discover a golden coin sticker hidden inside their box.

The prize package includes a range of themed goodies such as The Traitors quill pen, a plush keyring, a voucher to play The Traitors: Anywhere, a pack of The Traitors Chews, a "Traitor or Faithful" Yankee Candle and even a themed Christmas card.
Guy Meakin, president of Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland, said: "We are so excited to give fans their own immersive Traitors experience. ]With two new doughnuts featuring a delicious surprise inside, this collection is meant to be shared to form alliances or betrayals."
The launch comes as excitement builds for the latest celebrity edition of the show, with a new cast of famous faces set to enter the famous Scottish castle from October 1.
The famous faces will tackle gruelling challenges and tense roundtables in a bid to follow season one’s much-loved Traitor, Alan Carr. Among the stars joining host Claudia Winkleman for the upcoming season are comedian James Acaster, actor Bella Ramsey and presenter Romesh Ranganathan.
The Traitors-inspired range follows a string of popular launches from Krispy Kreme, including its recent Pokémon-themed collection, as the doughnut chain continues to tap into some of the biggest entertainment franchises in the world.
