Passengers experiencing "large delays" on Sheffield's tram network

There are “large delays” on Sheffield’s tram network this morning, as work to remove a broken down tram is caried out.

The broken down tram is located between Sheffield city centre and Sheffield railway station.

A spokesperson for Supertram said this was causing “large delays” between Halfway and SHS.

They added: “Failed tram now being recovered...no Blue & Purple trams between City & Station.”

It is not known how long the delays are expected to continue for.
